We want you to experience your sabbatical as a time of true rest, replenishment, and deepening of your life with God. We offer personalized sabbatical support that is more than simply a program. It’s a spiritual formation process that will provide you with spiritual, emotional, and practical care during this important phase of your life and ministry.
Discernment
We facilitate group discernment processes that create intentional space for you as a ministry leader to engage with questions around your life and ministry, whether current or potential. We use group calls, reflection exercises, and prayerful listening to help you explore how God has been working in your life—and how God may be inviting you to respond.
Spiritual Direction
Spiritual direction is an intentional, prayerful conversation between you, God, and your spiritual director. You might think of it as creating soul space that helps you attend to the presence and movement of God in your life. Spiritual direction is an opportunity for God to minister to you through the presence and accompaniment of another.
Shepherding
Imagine receiving support that combines the best of coaching, mentoring, and spiritual direction. That’s what our shepherding ministry offers. One of our team members comes alongside you to help you navigate the joys and challenges of life as a ministry leader. Far from trying to fit you or your ministry into our mold, shepherding offers you the support you need to live into your unique calling.
For Everything a Season Retreat
Join us for a series of online day retreats created to help you experience the rhythms of nature as a window to your soul. Register for the whole cycle, or for just one. These retreats are designed especially for those in vocational ministry.

We believe soul care should be available to everyone who needs it. We also recognize that those who need it most are often least able to afford it. So we’re pleased to offer all of our services on a sliding scale, and we’ll never turn someone away for financial reasons.
